Shipping is calculated at checkout from your order and delivery address. Orders are processed within a few business days, and the estimated delivery window is shown at checkout and in your order confirmation. Oversize products may arrive by scheduled curbside LTL freight.
Most electric bikes, scooters, and trikes arrive mostly assembled, but some setup is usually required. Always follow the manual and complete a safety check before your first ride.
Inspect your order when it arrives. Contact StreetRides US within 48 hours with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and outer packaging. For freight deliveries, note visible damage on the bill of lading before signing.
Eligible returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused, unridden, unassembled, and in its original packaging. Range depends on rider weight, hills, wind, tire pressure, temperature, speed, and assist level. We recommend choosing a ride with more published range than your daily minimum.
