StreetRides US Returns & Warranty
StreetRides US accepts eligible return requests within 7 days of delivery. Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. This return policy applies to all products unless a written StreetRides US order-specific exception says otherwise.
Before starting a return
- Contact StreetRides US before sending any product back.
- Products must be unused or in return-eligible condition under the current refund policy.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping or freight unless StreetRides US confirms a different arrangement in writing.
- Keep the original packaging, accessories, manuals, chargers, keys, and documentation whenever possible.
Warranty support
Warranty terms vary by manufacturer and model. StreetRides US helps route warranty questions, documentation requests, and manufacturer support, but manufacturer warranties are separate from the StreetRides US 7-day return window.
