Velowave's 17-inch fit range is 5 ft 5 in to 6 ft 4 in with 31 to 35-inch inseam. The 19-inch range is 5 ft 6 in to 6 ft 5 in with 33 to 36-inch inseam. Use them as starting points, not a fit substitute.

Choose another option if stair carrying, confirmed packaged weight or model-specific certification documentation is required.

Velowave lists 500W motor, 760W peak output and 130 Nm (96 lb-ft) torque. Those are manufacturer claims, not StreetRides acceleration or hill tests.

Current exact-page language lists torque sensing, up to 28 mph pedal assist and 20 mph throttle. An older blog says 28 mph, so this page uses current wording with the up-to qualifier and no universal class.

It claims 60 miles average PAS, up to 70 miles at PAS 1 and 60 miles by throttle using stated level-road conditions. Hills, load, speed, weather and assist level change usable range.

The 48V 3A charger has about seven-hour stated charge time. The manufacturer does not publish an exact replacement-battery part number or price. Terrain sets your real range: flat commutes in Chicago, Dallas, and Minneapolis reach the top of the claim, while hill routes in Seattle, San Francisco, or Pittsburgh land near the bottom.

Velowave lists 180 mm Tektro hydraulic discs with power cut-off, 80-lux front LED and rear blinking light. They are published equipment details, not StreetRides test results.

We found no model-specific UL 2849, ANSI or other certification claim on the current product page. StreetRides does not borrow a certificate from another model.

No water-resistance rating was found. Protect electronics appropriately and verify local rules before riding.

Velowave lists the bike, charger, battery, lights, pedals, manual, Allen wrench and two spare spokes. Plan assembly, fastener, brake, tire and shifting checks before first ride.

Eligible purchases after March 22, 2024 have a stated two-year limited manufacturer warranty against defects, subject to terms and exclusions. Retain order, serial and service records.

StreetRides has not confirmed local service, a replacement-battery price, or a packaged shipping weight.

The ownership compromise is significant. The 64 lb published net weight calls for ground-level storage, range is conditional, and current speed wording does not create universal path access.
