Choose the bundle for two adult riders with short urban, campus or neighborhood routes and enough dry storage and charging space for two scooters. The per-unit 44 lb weight, solid tires and 432Wh calculated battery are the same practical decisions as the single X5.

Think twice if only one rider needs a scooter, if your storage cannot accommodate two folded units, or if you need different sizes or range profiles. Verify the bundle contents, warranty handling for both serial numbers and the rules for each rider's route before ordering.

The bundle page does not create a new motor or speed specification. Each included X5 follows Hoverfly's current X5 claims: 500W motor, 20 mph top speed and 15 percent climbing capability. StreetRides has not independently tested either unit's speed, acceleration, braking or range.

Each scooter has rear disc braking with EABS, solid 10-inch tires, code lock and walk-assist language. Two riders should practice separately because rider weight, braking habits, terrain and charge state will not be identical.

Each X5 is listed with a 36V 12Ah battery, about 432Wh by calculation, and up to 25 miles maximum range. The bundle therefore contains two separate batteries and two separate charging cycles. Hoverfly's current X5 page lists six hours to charge. Do not assume both units can share one charger unless Hoverfly confirms compatibility and timing.

Plan two parking and charging locations, check both battery labels and use only compatible equipment. A bundle does not double practical range for one rider. It gives two scooters for two riders. Flat-grid commutes in Phoenix, Miami, and Chicago reach the top of that band. Hill routes in Seattle, San Francisco, and Pittsburgh land near the bottom.

The official bundle page describes two X5 scooters rather than a new model. Each X5 carries Hoverfly's published 264 lb rider load, 10-inch solid tires and rear disc plus EABS braking. A general UL 2272 statement appears in Hoverfly product materials, but Hoverfly does not publish a model-specific certificate number.

Inspect both serial-numbered units separately. Check folding latches, tires, brakes, lights, throttles, displays and chargers before either rider goes out. Use helmets and confirm local rules for each route.

Two scooters mean two sets of folding hardware, brake pads, tires, chargers, batteries and support records. Label each charger and keep both serial numbers with the order. The solid tires reduce tube punctures, but regular brake, latch and fastener checks still matter.

Hoverfly warranty and support language applies through the supplier, while StreetRides return terms apply to the order. Confirm whether the bundle is covered as one order or two serial-numbered units and keep the original packaging for both during the return period. Package shipping weight is not published.

The operational cost doubles too: storage, charging, pre-ride checks, battery records and returns. Buy the bundle only when two units are genuinely useful, then confirm every item in the cart and both serial-numbered warranty paths before payment.
