SPECTER-S 3.0 / Hunter X9 is EUNORAU's torque-sensing 1000W mid-drive, full-suspension fat-tire platform. The current build combines a Bafang G510/M620 drive, SRAM NX 11-speed gearing, 17-inch or 19-inch frames and a standard 48V 17.5Ah battery.

Its advantage is not simply the largest motor number. Pressure-sensitive assistance, broad gearing and longer suspension travel create a more deliberate rough-route package than the cadence-sensing FAT-HS, while 88.2 lb, access rules and optional-battery math keep the purchase grounded.

StreetRides ships the EUNORAU SPECTER-S 3.0 to riders in Seattle, New York, San Diego, Denver and across the U.S.

Best for hunters, anglers, campground users and rural-property riders using permitted gravel, snow, sand and fire-road routes where measured pedal response, full suspension and fat-tire stability fit the work. It also suits a buyer who already has ground-level storage and a transport system documented for the full bike.

Think twice if you carry a bike upstairs, want a lightweight conventional mountain-bike feel or expect the 80-mile headline from the included battery. EUNORAU's 5 foot 3 inch to 6 foot 4 inch guide is only a screen. Choose the 17-inch or 19-inch frame using reach, standover and actual setup needs.

EUNORAU lists a 48V 1000W Bafang G510/M620 mid-drive, built-in torque sensor, thumb throttle, shift detection and 160 Nm (118 lb-ft) maximum torque. The motor works through an SRAM NX 1x11 drivetrain, so choose an appropriate gear before loading the drive and ease pedal pressure during shifts.

EUNORAU labels the bike Class 3 with a 28 mph top speed. Those are manufacturer specifications, not permission for every route. Motor power, throttle and class access vary by state, locality and land manager.

The included 48V 17.5Ah LG-cell battery stores 840Wh. The optional 48V 15Ah second pack stores 720Wh, bringing the two-pack configuration to 1560Wh. Keep that distinction visible when comparing price and range.

EUNORAU lists up to 80 miles only with both batteries. Your weight and cargo load, climbing, stops, temperature, wind, tire pressure, speed, and throttle or assist use all change real distance. Terrain sets your real range: flat routes get closer to the top number, and hilly routes land near the bottom.

The current page lists four-piston hydraulic braking, 180 mm hydraulic discs, motor-cutoff levers, 26 by 4 Kenda tires, front LED and taillight. Inspect steering, brakes, wheels, tires, suspension, drivetrain, controls and fasteners before the first ride and after transport or service.

EUNORAU says UL Certified but provides no named exact-model standard, certificate, file number or public listing on the product page. Request the exact document if a building, employer, insurer or incentive program requires it.

The attached official EUNORAU video explicitly covers SPECTER-S 3.0 unboxing and assembly. It is useful orientation, not a substitute for the supplied instructions or proof of every delivered component. Use qualified help when steering, brake, drivetrain, suspension or electrical setup is outside your experience.

Owners on EUNORAU's site are enthusiastic about power and comfort but also surface the physical reality: one named owner described the bike as heavy and long enough to require a special rack. Treat that as a planning prompt, not a failure rate. StreetRides policy governs returns. The separate EUNORAU warranty is conditional on eligibility and exclusions.

Drive and electrical: 48V 1000W Bafang G510/M620 mid-drive, 160 Nm (118 lb-ft) maximum, torque sensor, thumb throttle, shift detection, SRAM NX 1x11 drivetrain with 11-42T cassette and 40T chainring, DP C010.CB CAN display, 48V 17.5Ah LG-cell standard battery and optional 48V 15Ah second battery. EUNORAU lists Class 3, 28 mph maximum and up to 80 miles with both packs.

Chassis and fit: 6061 aluminum full-suspension frame, EUNORAU inverted 140 mm fork, DNM 190 mm rear shock with 50 mm travel, 26 by 4 Kenda sport tires, hydraulic disc brakes with 180 mm rotors, front and rear lights, Selle Royal saddle, 300 lb payload, 5 foot 3 inch to 6 foot 4 inch rider guide and 88.2 lb listed bike weight.

SPECTER-S 3.0 is the sharper current EUNORAU choice when natural torque-sensor response, 11-speed gearing and 140 mm fork travel matter enough to justify the price and 88.2 lb footprint. Its most persuasive feature is control through a complete chassis, not an unqualified 80-mile range.

Choose FAT-HS when cadence response, nine speeds and shorter fork travel are acceptable and its current configuration better fits the budget or service plan. Choose neither until frame fit, storage, transport, legal route access, service support and the exact battery order are settled.

KEY ADVANTAGES

Why This Ride Stands Out

  • Safari SPECTER-S 3.0 rear three-quarter view showing mid-drive, cassette and rear shock Torque sensing through eleven gears

The Bafang M620 reads pedal pressure and drives through SRAM NX 1x11 gearing, with a 160 Nm (118 lb-ft) maximum.

  • Safari SPECTER-S 3.0 front three-quarter view with inverted fork and removable battery 840Wh included. 80 miles needs two packs

The standard 17.5Ah pack stores 840Wh. EUNORAU reserves its 80-mile maximum for the optional 1560Wh dual-battery setup.

  • Safari EUNORAU SPECTER-S 3.0 full-suspension e-bike, drive-side profile Full suspension, 88.2 lb ownership reality

A 140 mm fork, rear shock and four-inch tires suit broad rough routes. Storage and rack capacity deserve equal attention.

Compare your options

Choose the response before the headline

Both current StreetRides models pair a 1000W mid-drive with full suspension and fat tires. The practical split is torque sensing, eleven speeds and longer fork travel versus cadence sensing and a lighter but inconsistently documented platform.

Why these products
They are the closest current StreetRides same-brand products by motor architecture, suspension layout, wheel size and hunting or all-terrain purpose.
StreetRides takeaway

Choose SPECTER-S 3.0 for pressure-sensitive assistance and the more expansive current chassis specification. Choose FAT-HS only when its cadence response and unresolved battery details fit your plan.

Frequently Asked Questions

No. The included 48V 17.5Ah battery stores 840Wh. EUNORAU ties its up-to-80-mile range to the optional second 48V 15Ah battery as well, for 1560Wh combined. It is a maximum, not a StreetRides range test.

EUNORAU's current exact page specifies a built-in torque sensor. Assistance responds to pedal pressure, distinguishing this 3.0 model from the cadence-sensing FAT-HS. It also has a thumb throttle and shift detection.

EUNORAU offers 17-inch and 19-inch frames and lists a 5 foot 3 inch to 6 foot 4 inch rider guide. Height alone cannot guarantee reach or standover. Confirm the exact build and rack capacity.

The live EUNORAU feed checked August 3, 2026 marks Army Green in the 19-inch frame available. Safari 17 and 19, Army Green 17, and Moon Black 17 and 19 are unavailable. Availability can change and should be refreshed before publication or purchase.

EUNORAU's current page says UL Certified but does not name a standard or provide an exact-model certificate, file number or public listing.
