VTUVIA recommends riders about 5 ft 1 in to 6 ft 3 in and publishes a 450 lb total capacity. VTUVIA lists a 750W rear motor with up to 1,200W peak output and 85 Nm of torque. A torque sensor adds assistance in proportion to pedal pressure, while the thumb throttle helps with controlled starts. Shimano 7-speed gearing supports different grades, and reverse mode helps when backing out of a garage or tight parking area.

A rear differential lets the drive wheels rotate at different speeds through a turn. Hydraulic front and dual rear calipers use 180 mm rotors, and the parking brake helps hold the trike when stopped. E-COZY is presented as a Class 2 electric trike. State, city, path, community and campus rules can treat three-wheel and throttle-equipped vehicles differently, so confirm the exact route before riding. The 28.5-inch width also deserves attention around bollards, curb ramps and shared-path gates.

Wear a properly fitted helmet and practice starts, stops, wide turns, tight turns, reverse and parking-brake use without traffic or cargo.
