Choose Z8 Pro when you want a moped-style riding position, four-inch tires and dual-battery capacity for longer routes. It can fit a garage, a workshop or an RV bay when the full 63.8-inch length and lifting path have been checked first.

Choose the single-battery Z8 if the extra range is unnecessary. Choose a conventional commuter if efficient pedaling, low weight or frequent indoor carrying matters more than suspension and visual presence.

Riding'times lists 750W rated, 1,500W peak and 80 Nm of torque, and a 32 mph top speed. A speed limit setting lets you match Class 1, 2 or 3 limits. The current Pro uses an upgraded suspension arrangement with a hydraulic rear shock, 20 x 4-inch tires and mechanical disc braking with EABS. Two 48V 15.6Ah packs provide roughly 1,498Wh combined. Riding'times rates it for 50 to 74 miles on throttle and 100 to 120 miles with pedal assist. Those are best-case figures, not a guaranteed round trip.

Use both supplied compatible chargers as directed, keep the batteries on a noncombustible surface and remain present while charging. Hills, cold weather, speed, wind, rider load and tire pressure affect the result. Keep enough reserve to return without relying on the last dashboard bar.

The Z8 Pro is heavy and capable of speeds above ordinary Class 2 limits. Learn the controls away from traffic, use a helmet and protective equipment suited to the route, and check the exact state, city, campus and trail rules. Do not treat a selectable speed mode as automatic permission for public access.
