The Stax DropBar is ENVO's light all-road answer: a 42 lb (19 kg) 700C bike with flared drop bars, 40C tires, a rigid fork, 36V 12.8Ah (461Wh) LG battery hidden in the seatpost, torque-sensor pedal assist and 500W rear hub motor claim. It is deliberately not a suspension gravel bike. The point is an ordinary-bike silhouette and multiple hand positions without the bulk normally attached to a 461Wh battery.

Performance

ENVO specifies a 500W rear hub motor, 60 Nm (44 lb-ft) maximum torque, 20 mph top assisted speed and a 73 mm torque-sensor bottom bracket. There is no throttle: assistance follows pedaling input. The 9-speed LTWOO drivetrain with an 11-42T cassette and 42T chainring gives a mechanical fallback when the battery is low. The rigid fork saves weight but does not soften rough surfaces.
