The MG2302-SILVERADO is a folding, low-step urban electric tricycle with a front 750W hub motor, removable 48V 13Ah battery, two baskets, reverse and parking brakes.

Its deciding facts are spatial: 76 inches long and 31 inches across the rear wheels. Measure the full route from delivery point to storage before ordering.

Best for one adult who wants three-wheel support at stops, low-step access and included cargo space for errands, with ground-level storage wide enough for the rear axle.

Look elsewhere if you need frequent lifting, narrow-door storage, a verified whole-trike certification listing, or a precisely published package weight.

DWMEIGI publishes a 750W front brushless hub motor, 80 N m and an up-to-25-mph capability. Shimano seven-speed gearing works alongside thumb throttle, pedal assist, walking mode and reverse.

A trike should be practiced slowly before normal traffic. Three wheels remove the need to balance at a stop, but cornering and crowned-road behavior still differ from a bicycle. Verify local rules for throttle and speed settings.

The exact page lists a removable 48V 13Ah Samsung-cell pack, equal to 624Wh nominal. A separately sold 14Ah replacement battery does not prove the delivered pack is 14Ah.

DWMEIGI claims up to 30 miles on electric drive and 50 miles with pedal assist. Plan charging around four to six hours. Route, load, temperature, stops, tire pressure, and assist level all change your real range. Terrain sets your real range: flat commutes in Chicago, Dallas, and Minneapolis reach the top of the claim, while hill routes in Seattle, San Francisco, or Pittsburgh land near the bottom.

The page lists 180mm front and rear brakes, two parking brakes, front and rear lights, turn signals, horn and brake-light function. It does not clearly identify brake actuation, so StreetRides does not label it hydraulic or mechanical.

No MG2302-specific UL 2849 or UL 2271 listing number or independent record was verified. Charger wording is not evidence that the complete trike is certified. Inspect brakes, wheels, tires, steering and fasteners before riding.

The product page's ten-minute installation line is not a safe planning estimate. The shared 41-page manual covers wheels, fenders, handlebar, baskets, saddle, pedals, battery and inspections, and recommends skilled assembly or inspection.

Current warranty materials conflict between a one-year manual statement and a policy with two years for the frame plus one year for other covered parts. Treat coverage as component-specific and conditional. StreetRides returns follow the StreetRides return policy.

Drive: 750W front brushless hub, 80 N m manufacturer claim, up to 25 mph, thumb throttle, pedal assist, walking mode, reverse and Shimano seven-speed gearing.

Battery: removable 48V 13Ah Samsung-cell pack, calculated 624Wh. Claimed 30-mile electric and 50-mile assisted maxima. Four-to-six-hour planning window.

Frame and fit: folding 6061 aluminum step-through frame. 76 inches long, 31 in rear width, 51-inch wheelbase, 14-inch stand-over and 34-to-40-inch seat height.

Cargo and load: 12 by 11 x 5-inch front basket, 19 by 15 x 10-inch rear basket and 330 lb maximum load for one rider in the shared manual.

Safety hardware: 180mm front and rear brakes, two parking brakes, front and rear lighting, turn signals, horn and brake-light function. Tire size, complete-bike weight and package weight remain unresolved.

The MG2302's appeal is practical: low entry, reverse, parking brakes, baskets and a folding frame in a less aggressive urban package. The current $2,299 offer is supported by the exact manufacturer feed.

Pause for measurements and setup. The trike is still 76 by 31 inches assembled, the manual shows more work than the ten-minute headline, tire size is not consistently documented, and no exact whole-trike certification record was verified.

KEY ADVANTAGES

Why This Ride Stands Out

  • Blue MG2302-SILVERADO step-through frame and battery area close-up Low Entry, Full Trike Footprint

A 14-inch stand-over helps entry, while the 31-inch rear width still needs a measured storage path.

  • MG2302-SILVERADO left brake lever and electrical controls close-up Controls for Slow Maneuvers

Thumb throttle, walking mode, reverse and parking brakes support deliberate starts, stops and positioning.

  • MG2302-SILVERADO LCD display mounted above the front basket 624Wh, With Range Conditions Attached

The 48V 13Ah pack calculates to 624Wh. 30 and 50 miles remain ideal-condition manufacturer claims.

Frequently Asked Questions

DWMEIGI claims up to 30 miles on electric drive and 50 miles with pedal assist. These are manufacturer maxima, not StreetRides tests. Load, stops, grades, weather, tire pressure and assist level change the result.

DWMEIGI lists 31 inches across the rear wheels and 76 inches overall. Measure door frames, turns, elevators and storage with clearance for your hands. Folding the frame does not narrow the rear axle.

Plan for more than the product page's ten-minute headline. The shared manual covers wheels, fenders, handlebar, baskets, saddle, pedals, battery and inspections. Qualified assembly or inspection is sensible if brake or electrical work is unfamiliar.

The shared MG2301 and MG2302 manual states a 330 lb maximum load for one rider. Count yourself, groceries, locks, and accessories together rather than treating 330 lb as rider-only capacity.

The exact page lists 180mm front and rear brakes and two parking brakes but does not clearly identify hydraulic or cable actuation. StreetRides leaves the actuation type unclaimed until DWMEIGI confirms it.

No exact MG2302 whole-trike UL 2849 or battery UL 2271 listing number or independent record was verified. A charger statement is not proof that the complete trike or battery system carries those certifications.

DWMEIGI's current policy publishes component-specific limited terms, including two years for the frame and one year for other covered parts, subject to exclusions and proof. StreetRides returns follow the StreetRides return policy.
